  • The discovery that no two masjids keep their books the same way, which is why almost everything above can be switched off

002 Locking the doors

  • WhatsApp sign-in with one-time codes
  • WhatsApp reminders and announcements
  • Public registration, with a status the applicant can check themselves
  • Outreach: committee letters, envelopes and a message tool
  • An activity log that records what changed and who changed it
  • A health check, and a status page that stays up when we do not

Dr. Debited

  • Rate limits on every public endpoint
  • Receipts made immutable, and unique by database constraint rather than by hope
  • CSV injection closed, stale webhook timestamps rejected, open sign-ups disabled
  • Security headers, and a public view taught to stop offering what it should not

003 Minding the platform

  • Collections by source, and a payment lookup a member can be sent
  • Exports on every list, and a command palette that reaches all of them
  • Subscriptions, platform finance and usage insights

  • Form resets that quietly reverted bound inputs
  • Pledge arrears truncating in SQL
  • Extra-payment arithmetic corrected to count what was actually pledged
  • A 5xx that left no trace anywhere, and now leaves a row
